Analytics & privacy
Folio is an interactive demo. Please use fictional details and non-sensitive sample files only.
Website traffic
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, referral sources, approximate countries, browsers and website performance. These measurements are not a count of customers or verified people.
Anonymous workflow statistics
We count completed demo actions, such as creating a request, simulating a submission and accepting a document. We send only a fixed action name, a random tab-session identifier and whether the visit is a test. We do not send client names, email addresses, file names, document contents, reasons for replacement or reminder text.
The random identifier is kept in session storage and changes each UTC day. The server stores a daily hash, rather than the identifier itself. Counts are deduplicated per action, tab session and UTC day; refreshing the same tab does not create another count when session storage is available. Different tabs or devices can count separately. Workflow records are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup when the collector next receives an event.
Your choice
Workflow statistics respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also turn them off here. This preference applies to workflow statistics; Cloudflare's separate, cookieless traffic measurements may still run. Analytics failures never prevent the demo from working.
Demo requests and file metadata remain in this browser. Analytics do not provide real file collection, authentication or email delivery.
